Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, while adapting care plans in response to changes in patient needs.

• Conducting psychosocial assessments to identify individuals’ unique challenges and strengths, and developing individualized treatment paths.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration with patients’ families, other healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources to optimize care delivery.

• Crisis intervention during urgent or high-risk situations, ensuring timely access to vital resources and referrals to external services such as support groups or psychiatric care.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive discharge plans that prioritize continuity of care across treatment transitions.

• Educating patients and their families about available community resources and providing advocacy to navigate complex healthcare systems.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Mental Health Practice Act, as well as organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health disorders. You'll engage in therapy that is sensitive to the cultural and social contexts of our client base in El Paso and beyond, delivering care that is both compassionate and effective. Additionally, you will focus on empowering clients to advocate for their needs and navigate their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, with education credentials verified.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
