Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, establish stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and manage discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor customized, person-centered treatment plans that prioritize client needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and updates on treatment plans.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client eligibility and formulate initial treatment strategies.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and receive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals, couples, families, and children facing various mental health challenges. Your role as a counselor is to empower these clients through evidence-based practices and compassionate support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Ability to use various computer systems effectively including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort in completing intake assessments and developing treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
