Location: Ontario, CA 91764 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations & Product Management

• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces, retailer portals, and B2B platforms.
• Upload and update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SEO keywords.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with PetPals brand standards.
• Assist with new product setup, product launches, and catalog maintenance.
• Monitor product content, marketplace requirements, and listing performance across sales channels.
• Maintain product availability and ensure online merchandising standards are met.

Customer Accounts & Sales Support

• Support wholesale, retail, distributor, and direct-import customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and professional follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, promotions, and order status.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, product information sheets, proposals, and sales support materials.
• Support customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and customer growth initiatives.
• Help achieve company sales goals through exceptional customer service and account support.

Order Management & Fulfillment Coordination

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP, OMS, CRM, or related business systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, logistics, shipping partners, suppliers, and overseas teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, shipments, inventory availability, and customer requirements.
• Proactively resolve order, shipping, inventory, and customer service issues.
• Process returns, exchanges, claims, and related documentation while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.

Inventory Control & Marketplace Compliance

• Monitor inventory levels and product availability across all sales channels.
• Update inventory status and remove out-of-stock items as needed.
• Track and support MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance initiatives.
• Identify and resolve listing discrepancies, pricing issues, and marketplace concerns.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy across e-commerce and business systems.

Reporting & Business Development Support

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.
• Assist management with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related business environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as needed.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin or English and Spanish preferred.
• Passion for pets and pet products.
• Experience with ERP, OMS, CRM, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or related content creation tools.
• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, content creation, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce, or the pet products industry.
