We are a high-end spa , known for providing exceptional services and creating memorable client experiences. We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Estheticians who are passionate about delivering high-quality lash, brow facials, waxing, spray tan, etc..services. If you have a proven track record of success in the beauty industry and are committed to client satisfaction and continuous improvement, we want you on our team!

This role is ideal for candidates with advanced technical skills and extensive hands-on experience in lash, brow, facials, waxing, etc services. Newly licensed candidates without lash application experience will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality lash and brow services including extensions, lifts, tints, and brow shaping.
• Perform high-quality facials, chemical peels, body waxing.
• Convert first-time clients into loyal members by delivering an exceptional client experience every single time.
• Consistently upsell and cross-sell additional services or products that are tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency by mastering all the services we offer. Only experienced stylists will be considered.
• Deliver client satisfaction that leads to raving fans , positive reviews, and member referrals.
• Take ownership of your schedule and ensure timely and professional interactions with clients.
• Ensure no corrections or adjustments are needed after servicesdo it right the first time, every time.
• Stay on top of industry trends and new techniques to provide the best possible service for our clients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and a positive environment .

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid California Esthetician or Cosmetologist license .
• Proven experience in performing lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, etc.).
  Newly licensed candidates will not be considered.

• Ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products naturally, with client needs in mind.

• Growth mindset : Eager to learn new techniques and services, staying on top of trends in the beauty industry.
• Team player : You work well with others and contribute to a positive studio environment .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment and maintain professionalism at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand or sit for a minimum of 4 hours .
• On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms.
• On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs .
• On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $17 to $30 per hour , depending on experience, plus commissions on retail sales and memberships.
