About the Role

This leadership position is designed for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in both patient care and team development. You will play a key role in shaping clinic culture, supporting staff growth, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team in a collaborative environment
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high standards of patient care
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of clinical staff
• Monitor clinic performance metrics to support operational and productivity goals
• Contribute to growth initiatives, including patient experience and referral relationships
• Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
• Provide direct patient care and ensure timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required

Required Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for team development and clinical excellence

Preferred Skills

• Experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy
• Healthcare leadership experience

$108K–$141K base salary range

Total Benefits Value (approx.) - $34,000 – $45,000 per year
