Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 07:00 PMTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, common spaces, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials and visitor access in accordance with site policies and financial institution procedures. Support daily operations by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, assisting with directions and questions, and completing required activity logs and incident reports. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
