ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’ve been proudly serving our community for 5 years with a close-knit team of 5. Our office runs on collaboration, support, and a shared commitment to helping customers protect what matters most.

We believe in taking care of our team just as well as we take care of our clients. Our breakroom is always stocked with snacks, and all job supplies are provided so you can focus on your work—not expenses.

After 6 months, team members enjoy additional perks on top of their salary, including:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ladd Hidalgo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
