ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’ve been proudly serving our community for 5 years with a close-knit team of 5. Our office runs on collaboration, support, and a shared commitment to helping customers protect what matters most.

We believe in taking care of our team just as well as we take care of our clients. Our breakroom is always stocked with snacks, and all job supplies are provided so you can focus on your work—not expenses.

After 6 months, team members enjoy additional perks on top of their salary, including:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ladd Hidalgo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
