Ultimate Comfort Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team!

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, has strong communication skills, and can handle multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.

Previous office experience is a plus, but not required! We're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.

• Assist with scheduling appointments and daily office operations.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle emails, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier pickups.

• Assist other team members as needed.

• Learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  
• Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

• Dependable, punctual, honest, and responsible.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
