Schedule: 36 hours per week; 2:1 patient ratio; weekend shifts for night shift are Friday and Saturday nights

Highlights:

• Neuro ICU specializing in complex stroke, neurosurgical, and neurocritical care patients
• Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, lift teams, and rapid response teams
• Advanced neuromonitoring including ICP monitoring, EVD management, and mechanical ventilation
• Patient population includes ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, SAH, seizures, neuromuscular diseases, and post-operative neurosurgery patients
• Bedside procedures including tracheostomy, PEG, central and arterial line placement, and EVD insertion
• Floating required to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Skills: IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required; at least one from manager/director or formal leadership
