Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort in mind Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures Prepare and process lab specimens for testing and ensure proper handling and labeling Record and update patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical data in EMR systems Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed by clinical staff Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical workspace in compliance with OSHA standards Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide exceptional front and back office support Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated phlebotomy experience required Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, vital signs, and patient intake processes Excellent bedside manner with strong patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical office environment High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary medical training preferred About Us MonteSol Medical Centers LLC is a trusted healthcare provider serving the West Palm Beach, FL community with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
