NOW HIRING: Director of Business Development
We are seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team at our Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic leader who will drive growth, strengthen relationships with referral sources, and contribute to the overall success of the facility.
Director of Business Development Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive referral growth and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
- Represent the facility in community outreach programs and at networking events.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Ensure the facility’s services are well-positioned to meet the needs of potential patients and families.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Director of Business Development Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).
- Experience in business development, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and generating business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and industry trends.
