Litigation Paralegal

Job Duties

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side securities and class action litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation paralegal experience and a strong understanding of complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, while contributing to high-profile securities and class action matters.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of securities and class action litigation.

Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documents.

Coordinate and track document productions and discovery materials.

Prepare and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.

Conduct legal and factual research as needed.

Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.

Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors.

Support trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and hearings.

Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts.

Desired Skills

4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

Prior experience supporting securities litigation and class action matters strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery processes.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
