This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting high-net-worth clients in an RIA or wealth management environment who enjoys delivering exceptional service while managing complex client accounts and transactions. As a key member of our operations team, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients, coordinate account openings and maintenance, prepare for client meetings, process investment and insurance-related paperwork, and work closely with advisors, custodians, and insurance carriers to ensure an outstanding client experience. Client Service Advisor Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account-related inquiries. Schedule and prepare materials for client review meetings Open, maintain, and service investment and advisory accounts across multiple registration types, including trusts and other complex ownership structures Prepare and process paperwork for advisory accounts, financial plans, insurance policies, and annuities Coordinate account transfers, rollovers, asset movements, wires, ACATs, EFTs, journals, charitable transfers, and other account transactions Manage the underwriting process for new insurance policies by coordinating with carriers, BGAs/FMOs, and medical providers Update client account information, beneficiaries, powers of attorney, account features, and related documentation Monitor custodian alerts and proactively resolve account issues Document all client interactions and activities within Salesforce CRM Assist clients with online access and account login requests Maintain organized electronic client files and ensure documentation remains current and compliant Track outstanding tasks and follow through to ensure timely completion Collaborate closely with advisors and internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed Client Service Advisor Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial advisory practice Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and families Knowledge of opening and funding accounts with multiple registration types, including trusts and complex ownership structures Understanding of life insurance processes and terminology is highly preferred Experience using CRM, portfolio management, and document management systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred Experience working with Schwab custodial platform is a plus Series 65, Series 7, or Series 66 license preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, high-touch environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach Professional presence, strong follow-through, and a desire to continuously learn and grow If you're looking to grow your career with a respected, independent wealth management firm that values collaboration, professional development, and exceptional client service, we'd love to hear from you.
