Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We're Looking For: Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer products, adhering to productivity and quality standards.

1st shift: M-F 6:45AM - 3:15PM

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality. Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools. Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records. Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment. Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues. Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards.

Job Requirements: No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed No prior experience required; training will be provided

. Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
