Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Payroll Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role supports payroll and attendance functions in a fast-paced business services environment and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with ADP Workforce Now experience and strong customer service skills. The Payroll Clerk will help ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain attendance records, support employee inquiries, and contribute to a reliable and efficient HR and payroll operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and being part of a supportive office team with strong leadership and long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities - Process and support payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now.- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with timekeeping-related updates.
- Respond to employee payroll and attendance questions in English and Spanish.
- Review payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Support HR and payroll team members in a fast-paced office environment. Compensation and Benefits - Pay range: $23 to $26 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule start time: 8:30 a.m.
