Paralegal

Our client, located in Gwinnett County is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel. Primary Responsibilities: Manage life cycle of company litigation (e.g., contact company approved counsel, coordinate discovery responses, settlement negotiations) File and monitor life cycle of insurance and customer claims (e.g., property damage, personal injury) Prepare demand letters, notices of default, and form contracts Create and maintain corporate entities (e.g., formation, foreign qualification, annual reporting) Use system of record to track and record claims, litigation, and licenses/permits Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate Minimum 5 – 7 years related experience Excellent communication skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required For immediate consideration, please submit your resume to Joanmarie Bolding, Managing Director of Recruiting at View email address on click.appcast.io Click here to apply online #J-18808-Ljbffr Staff Financial Group
