Senior Presentation Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Presentation Designer to support our clients Communications and Executive Leadership teams by creating polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex business initiatives with clarity and impact. This is a part-time ad hoc (0-20 hours/weekly) opportunity for a highly skilled presentation designer who thrives in a corporate environment and understands how to transform business content into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate brings exceptional PowerPoint expertise, outstanding visual communication skills, and experience supporting executive leaders within large organizations. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver presentation materials with a high level of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Design high-impact executive presentations, leadership decks, and corporate communications primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint. Translate complex business information into clear, visually compelling presentations for executive audiences. Partner with Communications, Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Operations, and other business stakeholders to develop presentation materials that align with business objectives. Create visually engaging slides that simplify complex information while maintaining brand consistency. Build presentation templates, visual frameworks, infographics, charts, and reusable assets that improve efficiency and consistency. Ensure all presentation materials are polished, accurate, and executive-ready with exceptional attention to detail. Manage multiple presentation requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment. Maintain consistency with the clients visual identity and presentation standards across all materials. Recommend improvements to presentation structure, messaging flow, and visual storytelling to enhance audience engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content, clarify messaging, and refine presentations through multiple review cycles. Qualifications 7+ years of experience designing executive presentations within a corporate environment or enterprise organization. Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint required. Experience supporting executive leadership, corporate communications, or internal business teams. Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and presentation design best practices. Ability to translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging visual presentations. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
