The Opportunity
Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.
What You'll Work On
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division Purchasing, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and other applicable policies and procedures
- Lead the development and execution of Primary Market Research among relevant stakeholders to identify unmet customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Leverage Secondary Market Research on trends and market dynamics to inform product and vendor strategies and decisions.
- Develop and support pricing and value strategy, including pricing models, market segmentation, willingness-to-pay analyses, and commercialization recommendations to optimize growth, profitability, and market adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate product and commercial performance, analyzing launch effectiveness, sales trends, customer adoption, and marketing impact to generate actionable recommendations and improve business outcomes
- Ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective methodologies are utilized across all Business Unit market research projects
- Establish a productive work environment by creating trust and respect within the team and stakeholders.
- Build related business case(s) to quantify impact of new opportunities within the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (± 16 years) Marketing and/or Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5 years of experience in market research, advanced analytics, or marketing in IVD or related healthcare.
- 10 years of experience working in matrix environment with an established track record of career growth
