Product ManagerJoin our dynamic Customer Communications Campaigns team, where you will lead the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will bridge business strategy, operational execution, and technical implementation to enhance the customer experience.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field4 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within Financial Services or Tech IndustryHands-on experience with Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalizationFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics for campaign tracking and reportingStrong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategiesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead a team of developers in building and managing campaigns in Adobe TargetPartner with campaign operations and key stakeholders to launch new marketing initiativesCollaborate with analytics and personalization teams for accurate integration of data and targeting logicManage the campaign delivery backlog, prioritization, and launch scheduleTranslate business requirements into actionable user stories with acceptance criteriaInteract and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerationsBuild a culture of accountability and ownership within the product teamEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issuesMaintain a continuous improvement mindset to refine processes and workflowsCompany Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive team culture that values collaboration and innovation
