Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Riverwood, IL
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extention)

Introduction
Join our dynamic Customer Communications Campaigns team, where you will lead the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will bridge business strategy, operational execution, and technical implementation to enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 4 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within Financial Services or Tech Industry
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting
• Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing operations or campaign management
• Agile Certification - Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
• Experience with JIRA and Adobe Workfront

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in building and managing campaigns in Adobe Target
• Partner with campaign operations and key stakeholders to launch new marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with analytics and personalization teams for accurate integration of data and targeting logic
• Manage the campaign delivery backlog, prioritization, and launch schedule
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Interact and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerations
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to refine processes and workflows
