Role Overview Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting cultural and personal values. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication administration. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development. Assess patient needs comprehensively, considering barriers and preferences. Maintain communication across care continuum to ensure seamless care delivery. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safe practices. Qualifications RN license required. Nursing diploma or associate degree; BSN preferred. No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years experience preferred. Skills & Attributes Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
