Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Our agency opened in 2021 and is a team of five built on strong relationships, growth, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
