Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Power Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is physically strong, adept at using ladders, experienced with power washing equipment, and passionate about delivering high-quality cleaning services. This role involves cleaning the exteriors of homes and businesses and using commercial power washing equipment and assisting with stringing and setting Christmas lighting. A great work ethic, dependability, strong communication skills, and a fast-learning attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Perform power washing services on residential and commercial exteriors, including siding, decks, driveways, and walkways, ensuring high-quality results.

Safely set up, climb, and use ladders to access elevated areas for cleaning and lighting installation.

Operate and maintain power washing equipment, ensuring proper function and safety compliance.

String and install Christmas lighting for residential and commercial properties, ensuring aesthetic appeal and safety.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services.

Inspect work sites for safety hazards and ensure proper setup of equipment, including ladders and power washers.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.

Learn and adapt to new techniques, equipment, and services quickly to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience with power washing equipment preferred; training provided for candidates with strong potential.

Ladder Skills: Ability to safely set up, climb, and work on ladders at various heights, adhering to safety guidelines (e.g., maintaining a 4:1 ladder angle).

Physical Fitness: Strong physical condition to handle demanding tasks, including lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Work Ethic: Demonstrated great work ethic, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for cleaning and enhancing customers’ properties.

Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to completing tasks on schedule.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Learning Ability: Fast learner, eager to master new tools, techniques, and services.

Passion: Excited about delivering exceptional results and transforming customers’ homes and businesses.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compliance with safety standards, including OSHA guidelines for ladder use and equipment operation.
