Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain production and facility equipment to support continuous manufacturing and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer standards, and applicable codes.
• Ensure equipment condition supports product safety and contamination prevention.
• Follow all plant safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding.
• Identify and report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
• Notify leadership of equipment malfunctions impacting production.
• Assist with general building and facility maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, fabrication, and plumbing knowledge.
• Preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Tow motor operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance manuals, and procedures.
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Flexible shift availability.
