We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Technicians will be responsible for completing work orders independently and as a group.
Responsibilities:
- General groundskeeping, removal of trash, leaves and snow.
- Performing minor repairs to sidewalks, parking lot, lights & roofing.
- Maintaining & trimming trees, shrubs and flowers
- Assisting in vehicle maintenance.
- Misc painting, carpentry & cleaning
- Observe and report property damage / safety concerns.
- Some weekend work required each month
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, 3 years preferred.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload, climb ladders.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid Driver's License Required
Hourly pay commensurate with experience
