This role is critical in ensuring timely scheduling, accurate billing, and clear communication with customers and manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: Schedule service work for manufacturer national accounts to meet required response and completion deadlines Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient job execution Invoice completed work orders accurately and in a timely manner Input and manage data within billing systems to ensure payments are processed within manufacturer's timeframes Track and follow up on parts orders to prevent delays in service completion Communicate with customers regarding job status, parts availability, and expected completion timelines Maintain organized records of service activities, invoices, and communications Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or service coordination preferred Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
