Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living facilities. In this role within the Healthcare & Medical Services sector, you will:
- Evaluate residents' mobility and functional requirements.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregiving teams.
- Educate residents and their families about treatment processes and outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and results.
