ICU Registered Nurse - Nights Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3x12 hour shifts - Nights (19:00 to 07:30); every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for managing complex patient cases, including surgical and medical diagnoses, while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Administer medication and monitor patient conditions in a critical care setting. Utilize advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and CRRT. Provide specialized care for patients including those with cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological conditions. Monitor and document patient data efficiently using Epic charting system. Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required. Active RN licensure in Maryland or compact state. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS. Experience managing ventilated patients and performing critical care procedures. Why ARMStaffing?
