Counselor Position at Compass Elementary

We are currently accepting applications for a Counselor at Compass Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must hold a Missouri Counselor Certificate. Starting salary for teacher's with a bachelor's degree is $46,500.00. The Hickman Mills School District honors all years of full time, certified teaching that is verified for placement on the salary schedule up to steps available on the schedule. The district prides itself on serving a diverse and historic community on the south side of Kansas City, MO.
