Healthcare Eligibility & Financial Counselor

Savista

Savista is hiring for a full-time financial counseling role based at the Hackensack, NJ hospital campus. You will meet with patients to assess eligibility for Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and charity care, guiding them through applications and documentation with empathy. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer-facing roles, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational and communication skills.
