Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Construction General Laborers to participate in the construction of a manufacturing building, starting from the ground up. This role involves erecting walls, and working in an open-air, open-ground environment. You will be required to swing a hammer, read tape measures, and assist other workers.

Responsibilities

• Build and construct a storage building for fruit from the ground up.
• Set concrete forms and erect walls.
• Work collaboratively in an open-air, open-ground environment.
• Operate tools such as hammers and tape measures.
• Assist other workers as needed.

Essential Skills

• Must have at least 2 years of real construction experience.
• Ability to read tape measures accurately.
• Proficient in swinging a hammer.
• Understanding of construction processes and tools.
• Skilled in using levels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with scissor lifts and measuring tape.
• Knowledge of forming concrete.
• Familiarity with general labor and production packing.

Work Environment

Work in an open-ground, open-air setting on a significant fruit storage building project. Collaborate with other helpers, crew construction foreman, and workers to achieve project goals.

This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
