Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (On‑site or Hybrid) Position: Marketing Account Manager Full‑time | Mid‑level Experience | Salary: $65,000 – 70,000 We serve as the primary point of contact for clients across North America and globally, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts—from multinational corporations to local nonprofits—and collaborate closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop smart, effective marketing strategies. Ideal Candidate Tested and proven. You have a track record of success and can point to meaningful wins. Experience in an advertising agency or in corporate marketing, particularly within high‑tech or industrial sectors is a strong advantage. Calm under pressure. You manage deadlines, shifting priorities, and unexpected challenges with confidence and composure. A strategic thinker. You can synthesize industry trends, competitive insights, brand considerations, and marketing objectives into clear, actionable strategies. Detail‑oriented. You leave meetings with clarity on next steps and maintain organized systems so nothing falls through the cracks. A strong communicator. You clearly articulate ideas and build confidence in your thinking, whether presenting to a group or collaborating one‑on‑one. Key Responsibilities Lead client relationships. Own and grow relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor across time zones and geographies. Drive planning and execution. Lead strategic planning, manage budgets, and proactively guide clients while ensuring work aligns with objectives and delivers results. Enable collaboration. Serve as the central hub for information, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners. Continuously learn.
