Senior Phlebotomist Full Time First shift 4am to 2:30pm

Job Title Sr Phlebotomist (Full Time) Schedule First Shift 4:00am-2:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays Job Overview This position contributes to the mission of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center and the goals of the department by obtaining and/or assisting in the processing of laboratory specimens to facilitate the production of quality results. General Responsibilities Performs LIS / computer operations and clerical functions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy certificate program preferred. At least 2 years of active phlebotomy experience required. Possess current skills in the required areas. Phlebotomy Certificate from an accredited program and a National Certification from ASCP, AMT, ASPT, or NCA. Communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills required.
