About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of the brands our client represents, providing exceptional service to customers during live retail campaigns and promotional events. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create a positive, memorable experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a team-focused environment where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and current promotions. Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction. Support customers through the purchasing process when required. Build strong relationships that encourage customer satisfaction. Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting promotional space.

What You'll Receive
