Compliance & Quality: Adhere to sales best practices and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. Brand Advocacy: Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Maintain a clean driving record and travel to customer homes to conduct HVAC system evaluations and sales presentations. What We’re Looking For: Significant proven experience with one-call close sales techniques, specifically in the HVAC systems industry. Extensive experience selling HVAC systems with financing options and explaining payment plans to customers. Outgoing, ambitious, and self-driven personality with the ability to build rapport quickly, particularly with homeowners seeking HVAC solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on articulating the value of HVAC system upgrades and replacements. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, optimizing time for HVAC sales appointments. Must have a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
