Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a Greater Boston home services-based company, is looking for a friendly and eager Inside Sales Representative to assist with the day‑to‑day sales process for their busy office. This is a direct hire opportunity and requires a candidate with professionalism, poise, strong attention to detail, a love of making cold calls, someone who is hungry to grow and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday Compensation: 52K to start and then 100% commission once fully onboarded Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications. Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Natick to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities Calling upon former and prospective clients to create and grow sales. Compiling statistics and general market data for the team. Researching and creating target mailing lists. Building strong relationships with clients and staff. Upselling products and services. Qualifications 1‑2 years of Business Development experience (making at least 80‑100 calls/day). Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
