Position: Partners Services Coordinator

FLSA: Full time Non-Exempt

Purpose of Position: The Partner Services Coordinator serves as an important point of contact for Feed The Hungry’s ministry partners and donors. This position provides excellent customer service, maintains accurate records, processes gifts and correspondence, and helps ensure that partners receive timely, professional, and personal support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, relational, and committed to the mission of Feed The Hungry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for ministry partners, churches, donors, and other supporters.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence in a timely and caring manner.
• Process and accurately record donations, partner gifts, and related information.
• Prepare and send donation acknowledgments, receipts, and other correspondence.
• Maintain accurate donor and partner records within the organization’s CRM.
• Research and resolve questions related to donations, accounts, receipts, and partner information.
• Work closely with Development, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Assist with monthly and year-end processing, reporting, and other administrative projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and partner information.
• Help identify opportunities to improve communication, processes, and the overall partner experience.
• Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to the Christian mission and values of Feed The Hungry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with databases, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Previous nonprofit, donor services, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with a CRM or donor management system is a plus.
