Germantown Athletic Club
Germantown Athletic Club is seeking a front-line operations lead to enhance customer service experiences. This role involves acting as a club advocate, providing training to staff, and resolving member issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and two years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include check-in, café operations, and member assistance.
