Benefits ManagerBenefits Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Benefits Manager with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid family leave, voluntary benefits, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, workers' compensation, and commuter programs.Serve as the primary resource for employee benefit inquiries, providing guidance on eligibility requirements, plan provisions, policy interpretation, and account-related matters.Oversee leave management processes, including leaves of absence, FMLA administration, and workplace accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.Contribute to the design and implementation of new benefit offerings by conducting market research, evaluating industry trends, preparing recommendations, and supporting rollout activities.Assist with benefit surveys and benchmarking initiatives, compiling and analyzing data to support strategic decisions and program enhancements.Collaborate with wellness vendors and partners to promote employee engagement, increase program awareness, and improve access to available resources.Create and maintain benefit communications, including enrollment guides, informational materials, and digital resources.Qualifications:5+ years of Employee Benefits experience.Work Site: On Site Employment Type: Temp to Hire Salary: $38-44/hrEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
