Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation. Draft well‑reasoned legal documents, including memos and contracts. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Engage in firm programs, civic organizations, and pro bono work. Requirements 3 years of corporate experience. Experience with an AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Education & Certifications JD degree from an accredited law school.
