Senior Accountant | Hybrid 3 Days | $90–114K + Bonus

A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys owning critical pieces of the financial close, reporting, and audit processes. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days each week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet trend reviews
• Prepare financial reports and monitor key accounts for exposure or irregularities
• Research and resolve discrepancies while ensuring accuracy across the ledger
• Support month‑end close, financial transmission, and backup testing
• Participate in inventory counts, fixed asset audits, and internal/use‑tax audit support
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements across the accounting function
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal policies

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to research authoritative guidance
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred
• Prior audit experience with a regional or national public accounting firm is a plus
• Strong initiative, analytical skills, and the ability to propose solutions
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities
• Spanish proficiency is a bonus
