Location: Heber Springs, Arkansas
Pay: Starting at $20/hour, with potential for growth after training
Shift: night shift- Sunday night to Thursday morning, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM (10-hour shifts, 4 nights/week)
Job Overview
We're seeking certified Welders to join our growing team in Heber Springs, AR. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals looking for steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Requirements
Current welding certifications (must be valid and up to date)
Experience with code welding standards and procedures
Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
Willingness to train on day shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project requirements)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Familiarity with welding codes such as AWS, ASME, or API
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to pass weld tests and inspections
Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
