Administrative Support Assistant

Duties
Receives, prepares, reviews, edits, routes, and tracks correspondence, reports, and other communications for accuracy and timely completion.
Prepares reports and presentations and maintains program data, timekeeping, training, travel, acquisition, and other administrative records using automated systems.
Manages calendars, appointments, meetings, conference rooms, and meeting-related materials and minutes.
Serves as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and customers; responds to inquiries and resolves routine administrative issues.
Purchases and tracks supplies, equipment, and services; monitors expenditures and payments and provides guidance on office procedures and administrative requirements.
