Role Overview

  • Help individuals, families, and small businesses with auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance needs.
  • Handle inbound leads and make proactive outbound contacts to understand needs, present options, and close sales.
  • Work in a high-energy office where your effort, attitude, and results drive your income and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Contact prospects and customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Listen, recommend tailored coverage, present quotes, and ask for the sale.
  • Build lasting relationships through follow-up, policy reviews, and great service.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations.
  • Strong sales personality: competitive, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  • Clear, professional communicator; strong phone and in-person presence.
  • New grads: motivated to learn the insurance business and grow a long-term career.
  • Experienced reps: proven sales success and desire to increase earnings.

Licensing:

  • Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) are a plus.
  • If unlicensed, must be willing and able to obtain required licenses (support provided).

Compensation & Growth

  • Base pay plus commission, with strong performance-based earning potential.
  • Bonus opportunities and ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Long-term growth potential within the agency and broader State Farm opportunities.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
