Executive Assistant II

$33 - $37 per hour

Executive Assistant II (6 month contract) Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking an Executive Assistant II to support a Fortune 500 company. This is a 6-month assignment with opportunities to gain valuable onsite experience and a potential opportunity to be brought on as a full-time employee. Base Pay Range $33.00/hr - $37.00/hr Pay $33 - $37 per hour (W2, depending on experience) Location Seattle, WA (100% Onsite) Duration 6 months (potential for extension) Hours Mon to Friday (9am to 5pm) Key Responsibilities Complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization amidst high volumes of requests. Monitor and track VP-level meetings, emails, and priorities; act as proxy when needed. Manage domestic and international travel, expenses, and all administrative support functions. Coordinate multiple tasks and action items for Directors, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed. Basic Qualifications 6+ years supporting senior management (Directors, VPs, SVPs, or CEOs). At least 2 years of college; bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, decision-making, and ability to react with appropriate urgency. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment. High integrity, discretion, and professionalism with senior executives. Excellent PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Concur and BCD Travel. Previous experience in large organizations collaborating with multiple EAs. Longevity in prior EA roles (2-3 years+). Previous EA experience at Amazon.
