Contract Management Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Management & Revenue Integrity Specialist will lead payer contract negotiations, manage pricing and rate schedules, and ensure accurate payment processing to support Nira Medical's financial performance. Key responsibilities Lead all new payer contract negotiations, managing the process from outreach to execution Establish and maintain fee schedules and contracted rates for various services Identify and resolve payment variances, collaborating with billing and revenue cycle management teams Required qualifications Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in payer contracting, allowable management, or revenue integrity roles Strong understanding of fee schedule structures and payer reimbursement methodologies Experience managing allowable tables and rate configurations within Athena EHR or similar systems Proficiency in conducting out-of-network analyses and no-go reporting frameworks
