Skilled CNC Lathe Machinist – 2nd Shift
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC lathe machining experience, be comfortable working with live tooling, and have a solid understanding of G-Code and blueprint reading.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Pay Rate: Starting at $24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 4-day workweek with optional overtime on Fridays
Duties:
- Operate and program CNC lathes with live tooling
- Make edits, offsets, and tool changes as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and CNC programs
- Apply strong knowledge of G-Code to produce quality parts
- Perform quality checks and ensure specifications are met
- Work independently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC Lathe Machining experience in a job shop environment
- Live tooling experience required
- Strong knowledge of G-Code and blueprint reading
- Experience programming and reading CNC lathe programs
- Ability to make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes
- Basic personal hand tools required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Setup experience is not required
