Sales Training Supervisor

You'll welcome new Retail Sales Associates and Range Safety Officers, guiding them through structured onboarding programs, delivering engaging training sessions, conducting knowledge assessments, and monitoring progress as they develop their skills. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, provide valuable feedback, maintain training records and development plans, and ensure every team member gains the confidence, knowledge, and competence needed to excel independently in our fast-paced retail environment. OUR IDEAL SALES TRAINING SUPERVISOR We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Experience creating training materials and procedural documentation Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, and develop others Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional techniques Excellent public speaking and group facilitation skills Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities Strong understanding of retail sales techniques, customer engagement, and relationship building Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify organizational development opportunities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, retail operating systems, and learning technologies Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, three or more years in retail sales or leadership, experience in training program development, and familiarity with firearms, sporting goods, or specialty retail. Firearms experience is a plus!
