Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. Achieve sales targets and earn bonus compensation. Create a welcoming salon culture that reflects our brand. Qualifications Experience in a leadership role, preferably in the grooming or haircare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for grooming with an eye for detail. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
